Honey is very sweet: she can be your Honey Pie, Your Honey Bun, or your Honey Boo Boo! She has been living outdoors since last fall, when someone dumped her mom, her litter, and a younger litter of siblings outside a house for sale in downtown San Jose. Someone took them to the San Jose Animal Care Center, expecting the final solution, but the city's TNR program dropped them back at the same house. A neighbor has been feeding the colony and gaining their trust.

When Honey came into our house, she was already litter-box trained, as was her brother, Baker, who came to live with us five months ago. We believe they were indoor cats before their house went up for sale.

Honey is very docile for such a young cat. We pick her up, put her on our laps, and she stays. She is very quiet. It's rare to hear her voice. Honey lives peaceably with our four other cats, but she could be solo in her new home.
