"Curie is looking for her forever home in a quiet one or two person household.  She is an independent gal who becomes a lovebug at feeding time. She loves her wet food and will be at your feet when she hears the can open! When she finds a toy she likes, she will play like a kitten, but mostly she likes to watch the world go by the window, or sun in her cat tree.  She would be fine with a dog that is not too interested in cats, but she is not fond of other cats.
 
She has slightly special needs, as she takes a while to warm up to a new environment.  Once she gets to know you, she will come for pets and even snuggle in bed.
 
She was brought in for euthanasia because she didn't like being chased around by her family's newly mobile toddler, so a household with young children wouldn't be the best fit.  She is a healthy girl and just had a dental cleaning."
