What a lovely girl Ariel is.  So much red to her coat and with the striation to her coat hairs the Vet thought she might be part Abyssinian.  You don't see cats like this very often; the Torbie has tabby markings and brown and orange tortieness to the coat color.  This beautiful girl is very friendly, she was walking up to people for attention at the fair, and then so happy to be petted she'd flip over for tummy rubs.  She is easy to hold and is very used to all ages of people, as well as cats and gentle dogs.  But she would also be fine all by herself in a nice loving home as the only pet, she likes people so much.

13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose.

We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat
