Quasi is a beautiful medium hair orange and white tabby who came to 13th St as a rescue in need. With his exact history not known, he was believed to have lived with a family in a local neighborhood but then left behind when they moved. Out on the street for a couple of years ,he injured his right rear leg, serious enough to have to have it removed
 He has been recuperating for a few months now and is such a sweet boy. He needs other friendly cats around to feel safe and though he may hiss at first and seem afraid- we think that is just a remnant of his long time in pain and being vulnerable on the streets. He loves to be petted- esp behind the right ear where he has no leg to scratch it with-- and  loves his food and treats-- and cat nip too. He is a beautiful and gentle boy who needs to find the right family where he can be safe and be loved.
 He gets around great-- jumps easily and except for the not being able to scratch himself part- seems perfectly content to naviage life on only 3 legs
