This Crookshanks might not look like his namesake from Harry Potter, but he's been demonstrating the intelligence of his literary namesake.  Crookshanks starts to purr as soon as he sees one of his people coming to say hi to him, and he loves to be held and snuggled.  He's very good at sneaking up on his siblings, Minerva and Flitwick, and pouncing on them from hidden corners.  Crookshanks likes to play chase and wrestle, and has a particular fondness for biting paper - especially books!  His loud purr is one of our favorite things about this sweet kitten.  Crookshanks is used to being held by kids, and is very patient with them.  He's happy to be held for quite a while, especially compared to his more bouncy siblings!
