He's so outgoing - he was a bottle baby

Swimmer is outgoing, very active, and very people-oriented, running to you for attention; look at the picture of him relaxing on his foster’s tummy.  He is a really handsome dark gray tabby (tick tabby on back, stripes on legs) and he got his unique name because when he was really little he was a slow learner about walking, maybe that is why now he runs all over the place!  Being as active as he is, he would be best with another feline in the home to play with.  He is also fine with gentle dogs.
Swimmer was born to a Russian Blue mom (Cypress) and he is the sole surviving kitty from the litter of four.  Unfortunately the mom and litter were disturbed and separated right after birth and the kittens missed some critical sustenance.   Mom was a good mom and loved all her kittens but she dried up and we needed to supplement her efforts by feeding them.  Mom is also available for adoption, and still loves her Swimmer!
