Joe has quite the story!! Originating from a neighborhood where he was called the "guard cat", he found himself injured with an abscess on his side while he was defending  his territory. Too nice a cat to return to the streets- he was neuterd and recovered in our rescue. He hated the time he had to spend with his cone on and is now making up for that imprisonment by running rampant in his foster's 2 story home. The stairs are a great outlet and once he gets all that energy out- he becomes quite the lap cat!
 He is a smart cat--- and eventually may need to be indoor/outdoor but for now- he has got to stay in!
