Charlie is very outgoing; he loves his toys and loves people.  He and the other kitty in the home the foster owns get along well.  He can play rough so he does need to not have a really small or laid-back friend.  He and Rosie-C came from the same location and they do well together, a minor tussle here and there, as kitties will do.

Charlie likes and enjoys playing with another cat or kitten and Rosie-C cries when she is alone in the room, so both these kitties need a friend in the home; together would be great but maybe your little fluff-ball is a match!
