Cheer is a sweet kitty, loves attention, and is a total angel - thus his name! He loves to be petted and fawned over! He came in to a local shelter thin and not being taken care of, but he's happily thriving now with proper attention and care, and really happy that 13th St Cats took him in so he can have a nice foster while awaiting a forever home.

He runs right to you for attention and cuddles and loves to climb up your chest and rest his head on your shoulder. It seems like he will be fine with other cats, gentle dogs, and gentle kids. If you're looking for a petite cat, he may be it, as looking at his paws we think he will be a smaller adult when grown.

13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose.

We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat
