Regina is a sweet, quiet kitty who does need a home with experience with cats, as she needs to grow confident. She was rescued by request of a local shelter as she was underweight when surrendered and very withdrawn. She has gained weight to normal now and is coming out of her shell, and enjoys being held and petted; but when it comes to playing, she is no rebel-rouser by any means! We think a quiet home will be best for her and though she is fine about other cats, we think she will blossom more with individual attention of course, and will be fine as an only kitty in the forever home.

13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose.

We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat
