Pumpkin is a playful and friendly kitten who always wants a friend nearby. If he thinks he’s been left alone, he cries and cries until someone answers him. Anytime we touch him he starts to purr, and when he’s sleepy he loves to fall asleep on one of his people. Pumpkin loves boxes of all kinds, and one of his favorite toys is an empty tissue box! Pumpkin also loves chasing jingle balls around the house, or trying to catch a wand toy. Since Pumpkin loves being around people, he's usually underfoot and checking out whatever we're doing. He has to explore everything, so we’re often pulling him out of cabinets, the dishwasher, drawers, and more. He's not so helpful with doing the dishes or working on the computer, but he's a sweet friend who loves snuggling with us while we watch TV or read. Pumpkin would do best in a home where he will get lots of attention. He would also like to have another cat to play with. Pumpkin really wants to be friends with the two adult cats in his foster home, but they aren't interested. They tolerate him, but he still wants to play and snuggle with them and tries over and over again to convince them to be friendly. We think Pumpkin would love to be in a house with other pets who would be his friends.
