Melvin is a beautiful and lovely 2.5 year-old male cat. He enjoys his life indoor and hanging out on his cat tree near the windows, playing with the toys and spending time with people. He has been in his current home for 10 months. The current owner developed a severe allergy and needs to rehome him to a place where he can get attention and a lot of love. He purrs all the time and loves to be petted. He enjoys being held and sleeping with you. He is playful and smart. Over time, you will find him developing a deeper bond with you. He'll be a great companion kitty and would be best in a quiet setting. He doesn't have dog or little kid experience, and has been an only cat the last 10 months, so he will be fine as an only pet; we do know that before he was adopted, he was fine with other felines in the foster home.
