I'm super friendly, and this photo does not do me justice. >^.^<
Hi, my name is Tommy! I was found abandoned at about 5 weeks old and was very undernourished in the bottom of an empty gas drum in a gas station. Yikes! The expectation was I would not survive; I could not even eat on my own. :( My foster dad has been so terrific. When I was sick, I lost all my hair and could only take food and medicine thru a syringe; this went on for many weeks. Because I also had a very bad eye infection, I had to have it removed. Great news though! All of this medical history is in the past. Let me tell you about the new improved Tommy!!! I am a shiny black independent kitty. I love to eat and have no trouble what so ever getting around. While I am not fond of being picked up, I love to be petted! My foster dad thinks it was because every time any one picked me up it involved some medical procedure. We have other foster cats in our house who I love to tackle and play with-so no doubt I would be a good companion cat. I could also be a great kitty on my own as well.I have run of the house and love exploring, but it does seem to be time for me to be adopted to my very own forever home. My health is excellent and I am very easy to be around. While I probably would not be a lap cat, per se, I know you would smile just seeing how well I manage with only one eye. Catch me at the right moment it will look like i am winking at you. That makes even me smile!!!! ;-)
