Licorice is a sweet girl who is looking for just the right forever home.  Although life on and off the streets has taught her to be careful and not immediately trustful, Licorice is a gentle, affectionate, mellow girl with a soothing melodic purr.  She has a glossy black coat and intelligent warm golden eyes.  She will roll on her back so you don’t miss any spots when you pet her and loves having her chin rubbed.  She is quickly adapting to getting around on three legs and is amazingly mobile (see her longer story on our website).  She is good with other cats and gentle dogs and will make a wonderful companion.   And has had experience in homes with little children.
