Hi I’m Sophie (also known as “little Miss” by my foster Mom).

I was found in a colony by the 87 freeway. I was trapped by a lovely lady who manages the colony and I  was meant to be a TNR, but it turns out I’m a sweet snuggle bug. (I even purred for my very first claw trim). I’m a tiny little thing, only 6.5lbs, but I have a big, bold personality, a gorgeous silky black coat and soulful eyes. I might even be part Bombay, I don’t seem to shed very much, and I really like hanging out with people.

I love attention. I will run to greet you and tell you all about my day. I will follow you around in case you need anything. I love to play, especially with feather wands and catnip kickers. The only things I like better than playing are pets and snuggles. I will rub all over you, chirping and purring every time I see you. (Even if it was just 10 seconds ago.)

My foster Mom and her two adult cats have been helping me practice my manners. Since I like to be the center of attention, sometimes I can be very demanding, I have a large multi-range vocabulary (despite my tiny voice) to ensure you know what I need. Spoiler alert: it’s playtime and snuggles.

I seem to like other cats very much and would really benefit from a companion or someone who has a lot of time to give me the undivided attention I deserve.
