Raggedy Andy was found in a neighborhood all alone. He is the sweetest thing and is a well-behaved little orange tabby boy.  He sleeps in the foster's bed at night and sits on the couch and tries for a belly rub when they are watching TV.  He enjoys playing and being held and is fine with other kitties and cats.  He has a blast with the foster home's other cats.  And he seems to be fine with dogs at the petfair.  He is ready to be a part of a loving family.
Contact the foster home to learn more about him, or just come and meet him at a petfair - it'll be love at first sight!
