Meet Peanut, a sweet female gray tabby kitten who is looking for a patient and loving home! She is a little cautious at first, but with a gentle approach, she blossoms into a purring, affectionate companion. Peanut is a quiet observer who needs a little time to feel safe. She’s the definition of a slow-warmer, but the wait is worth it! Once she trusts you, her sweet personality shines. Don't let her shyness fool you—she has a hilarious playful side! She has an adorable, signature "bounce" when she gets excited about a toy, lifting off on her back feet like a little spring. It’s the cutest thing you’ll ever see. Peanut is great with bigger cats and is bonded with her sister, Pumpkin. We are looking for a calm household willing to adopt both sisters together, where they can help each other feel brave. She will also do fine with a friendly older cat and often cuddles with her foster brothers. She needs a patient family who understands that she might hide for a few days but will eventually come around with consistent love and gentle encouragement. She is not a good fit for a busy home with small children.
