Malcolm is a shy, sweet kitten who is happiest when he's snuggled up with another cat in a patch of sunshine. He's a little cautious around people and startles easily, but likes to be petted and have his face rubbed when he's curled up on the bed or in a chair. He's gotten friendlier and more affectionate over time, and will sometimes come looking for someone to pet him.  He plays a lot of "chase and pounce" with his foster brothers and sisters, and especially likes batting at dangling toys (or shoelaces, robe belts, curtain ties, etc.). He likes to snooze under the bed in a nest of clothes or towels he's dragged under there to make a cozy spot, or he can be found snuggling with one of the adult cats in his foster home. Malcolm has a very loud purr when he's getting a bath from a big kitty, and follows the older cat around the house.  The other cats in his foster home all look out for this sweet boy.  He's not as adventurous or curious as his brother, Moe, but he does like to peek out the window and watch the birds. He would do best in a quiet home someone who will be patient in helping this gentle little guy warm up to his new family.
