This boy is like his name - a ray of sunshine to add to the home!  Sunshine calls out for attention, loves to be petted, and just wants a real home; look how laid back he is in the photos!  He's happy to be rescued! Someone dumped him at a fire station - we guess they were thinking Safeplace includes pets but the fact is it means going to a shelter where, if it is full, they'll euthanize you.  Lucky for Sunshine, he was rescued to avoid that fate just minutes from it happening.  He is an outgoing loving kitty who is fine with other cats, and has another orange tabby best bud (Chief) if you are looking for two felines to add to your family.  But he is also quite happy to be by himself.  He'll be great with kids, and seems fine with our gentle dog too!
