Wally is a friendly Snowshoe Siamese young cat who loves attention.  He greets you at the door and rubs on your legs and asks for petting.  He is a little talkative but quiet for a Siamese.  He enjoys climbing the cat tree and his favorite spot is in the condo on top, but he always jumps down the minute you enter the room.  He gets along great with other cats and should do fine with gentle dogs with proper introduction.  Though we haven't had him around kids, he is a gentle cat - no scratching or biting - so we think he would also enjoy the attention of kind children.  He'd also be a great companion for anyone looking for a best buddy!  When turned into the local animal control shelter, Wally was claimed to be wandering the neighborhood.  He sat there unclaimed for weeks, and that’s when we stepped in to rescue him.  He clearly knows about people so we’re not sure why anyone would abandon such an awesome cat.  But you can be his safe loving forever home now!

Wally was adopted for 3 years by a wonderful home, sadly the adopter was in a serious vehicle accident, so Wally is back with us now.

13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose.

We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat
