A total love bug - but active and has her quirks

This pretty girl would be so happy to be a solo princess, we think, and be the center of attention! She is a love – talkative, playful and outgoing - and enjoys being with people. Connie sleeps on the foster’s bed with her and wants to be on a lap or chest when she’s sitting or doing computer work. She plays with hair ties and puff balls. BUT you should have a good knowledge of cat's behavior, she can be a bit over reactive, and so we'd not want to have with little kids or inexperienced owners.  If you are hoping for a great attentive companion, she could be your girl! She's stunning with her black and white tuxedo and cute mittens on her paws. 

Original: This sweet young girl was found wandering around an apartment complex with a harness and makeshift leash on, and just walked right up to the person she saw! “Found kitten” signs and knocks on doors still resulted in no one claiming her. So we were told about her and reclaimed her from the shelter she was turned in to, after no one came to claim her there either.
