Spike was surrendered to one of our fosters when she found him tied to a tree without food , water or shelter.The family was glad to let him go--and that is surely their loss. He is the sweetest dog-- loves to hang out on laps and very gentle with the foster's other dogs and cats. He is very special and is looking for those special folks who want only to give him all the love he deserves!
