Found on the streets, already neutered but without a microchip or way to find his home, Charlie was brought into our rescue. A sweet, well mannered guy, he loves to sit on laps and enjoys pets and low key activities. He is meant to live in a home with a big window to observe the world and a soft bed to rest his bones in at night. He loves people and is ok with other cats
