Claybear is a like a windup toy that does not unwind completely.

He loves to run and jump every climber in the room, and chase and wrestle every kitten or cat

that will engage him. Clay comes from a rough spot near 13th St and has managed to

make it long enough on his own until he was able to come inside. And he’s not

looking back. When Clay is the last one standing in the room he will eventually lie

down next to the others (after pacing and going in circles until he finds just the

right spot) including his foster, and purr and chill. Claybear’s shots are current and

he can be seen at Petsmart during a visit, or by contacting 13th St Cats at the

Website, or by contacting his foster Rob at (408)690-5564 or rcanepa@superior-

fire.com.

13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose.

We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat
