FOSTER'S NOTE: 

I have been fostering Miss Cleo for the last couple of months, and she has come a long way. The first week I had her, she was incredibly shy. Now her favorite place in my bed is right behind me, on my pillow. She loves to be petted and is affectionate. She also gets along beautifully with my older female cats and is absolutely fine with my dogs. She is a very special, lovely little girl.

Original rescuer's note: Miss Cleo was found in someone's backyard shed almost two years ago.  She was a very tiny kitty that was nursed back to life  with a family that has done this many times before.  She had many scary moments at our house as we have two tiny dogs and one in particular liked to chase Cleo all over our house and Cleo needed to change her hiding place on a regular basis.

The only time she would come to me was early in the morning to be loved and held until the little dog woke up and began her charge.

 Cleo seemed to play for a while then just had enough of the battle to find peace and quiet.

 She managed and I worked with her to be  loving and not be afraid of people.  She began to purr and be close to me and was ready to go and be spayed.

At that time, our house was placed up for sale and we need to adopt out Cleo as we are not able to find a place that will accept pets.  I hope that someone will see Cleo as the  sweet Kitty that she has become.
