Sophie is a 3.5yo super loving and sweet orange tabby cat. She was raised with 2 small dogs and kind of acts like one at times (she greets you at the door, follows you from room to room, etc). While we don't know how she interacts with other cats, her overall demeanor suggests she would adjust well after some time to acclimate.

Sophie will greet you at the door and follow you around wherever you go. She loves to be with people and gets upset when separated. She loves looking outside and spending time in her cat tunnel on the deck, but is an indoor only cat. She likes toys, but has a particular fondness for one special ball. Keeping multiples of that toy makes her happy. She thinks the whole house is her domain, and goes on any shelves and the top of the fridge as long as they're empty. She particularly likes to sit on the window above the sink and watch us do dishes. She does have some vision issues, which make her a little more nervous at night and in dim lighting. Because of this she needs to stay indoors. She is an absolutely sweet and wonderful cat, and deserves the very best home.

Sophie would do best in a home with older children or adults only. She does not do well with young children, but has great interactions with older children who know how to keep their space. She is friendly to adults and visitors, and loves attention from anyone who will give it to her.

We would provide a litter box, litter, food, her 2 cat trees, scratching post, and her favorite toys. We would ask a nominal rehoming fee of $50 to ensure she is going to a good home.
