I brought JJ home when he was 8 weeks old.
He is named after our last name. Jeremiah Johnson.
My husband Peter and I fell in love with him when we
first saw him.
 
He was an awkward kitten, and almost jumped around
like a kangaroo with those long, long back legs. He was
fixed very young and had all his shots. We have had no
health problems with him.
 
JJ is a very quiet cat, until he wants to eat. He loves to be high,
so that is why he sleeps in the sunshine on roof tops. Everyday
he sleeps on my neighbor's roof and I can see him all day long
from my kitchen window. Or he likes to sleep on top of my
refrigerator. I have a special spot for him with his treats.
 
JJ would be best suited in a quiet home with not much activity,
such as children. He is very fond of my husband and loves to lay in
his lap at night upside down and have his belly rubbed for hours.
 
He was brought up with his adopted sisters, (Cuddles and Misty)
and our little dogs Buttons and Kali. He is a beautiful cat. He eats dry food
and he and his sisters share a can of food in the morning and the evening.
Splitting up my family after all these years is a total heart break. Freezing Unfortunately, our landlord of many years decided on fairly short notice to make the rental no pets. We have rehomed our other pets and now need to place JJ.
