Mark is a loving companion cat.  He was originally adopted as a kitten (from another rescue) and then found in a colony by a feeder..... Lost and alone he turned to the kind caregiver and his eyes plead "help me."   So the caregiver scanned his chip, but the contact info led only to dead ends.  Luckily there are some compassionate rescues like 13th St to take him back off the streets.  He is thankful that he is now back in a real home and getting love and attention and he'd like to find his real forever home soon.  He is totally healthy and happy.
