Riker is a very sweet boy, probably the sweetest of the litter. He is a little purr machine and enjoys sitting on your lap and being held. He also loves to be cuddled and he will give kisses when he is really happy. His favorite thing is chin scratches. While he loves cuddling, he is also young and loves to play with his brother Picard. Picard is also a total sweetheart; he is not as much of a lap cat as Riker but still enjoys hanging out in laps. He loves to be cuddled as well. He purrs the minute you pick him up.

Picard and Riker were raised from tiny kittens as bottle babies by their foster mom, therefore they are both super friendly and people-oriented. They will run up to you the minute they see you. They will cuddle together while sleeping and play together while awake; these boys do everything together. They may look similar in these pictures but Picard has a white spot on his chest and on the end of one paw so they are easy to tell apart. Both boys have met the resident cats at their foster mom’s house and are OK with them. These boys were be a perfect addition to just about any home, being as sweet as they are.

13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose.

We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat
