From the characters of the popular NCIS TV show, comes the following lineup of characters: Tony and Palmer.

Palmer, lovely silver tabby, is the baby brother and you know what that means.  He gets away with murder and then simply softly purrs his way out of any jam.   Palmer can rough and tumble play with the best of them.  He pounces, metes out rabbit kicks and then when it gets too rough, he puts out a plaintive “mew” which brings his foster mom running.  (Aha, that worked!)  Palmer melts in your arms when you hold him and has the softest, most wonderful purr.  He is the spoiled, darling baby, and he knows it!

13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose.

We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat
